NC Hiking & Yoga Retreat: April 26-28, 2024
The theme for this retreat is Journal Writing for Self-Discovery! In this retreat, Kelley and I will serve as your guides to help you approach the blank page with purpose and invite your authentic, inner voice to surface. Journaling practices will include individual writing and shared group reflection.

Summer Iceland Adventure: June 8-15, 2024
Join me for a women’s adventure all over Iceland starting in Reykjavik and eventually looping back to the city after a week of exploring.
Some of the trip highlights include glacier lagoons, whale watching, geothermal pools, waterfalls, breathtaking canyons, volcanic craters, and stunning beaches. 6 breakfasts & 2 dinners are included! A 30% down payment is required to book a spot.

At the end of the retreat, you’ll be better acquainted with who you are underneath all the roles and responsibilities you hold. You’ll feel rested and restored to your natural balanced state.

Camping in the Canadian Rockies: August 27-September 2, 2024
Join me for a women’s camping adventure to Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks in the Canadian Rockies!
Activities include epic hikes such as the Sentinel Pass hike in Banff National Park, a glacier ice walk, river rafting, and more!
With glaciers, mountain vistas, and the northern lights shimmering in the night sky, this winter journey will highlight some of Iceland’s most dramatic features.
We’ll cross glaciers, explore lava fields, and see bubbling geysers. Pack your camera and warmest jacket and get ready for the trip of a lifetime! I hosted this trip in February 2024 and cannot wait to host it again next year!
